Order Processing
Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 Working Days to let you know your order is on the way!
Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily Mon-Friday, from 8am-2pm. An email will be sent when your order is processed and ready for collection.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Smaller Items will generally have option for Standard Free Shipping. Larger item's/bulk orders will be calculated at time of checkout.
Express Postage is Available for certain items and calculated at check out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@kevscranes.com.au.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@kevscranes.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
